We are specifically trained to look after any long-term illness that you may have. We can assist in the diagnosis and management and arrange specialist referral  where appropriate.

 "Chronic Disease Management " covers many illnesses some examples of which would be: asthma, diabetes, haemochromatosis, coeliac disease, cardiovascular disease and rheumatoid arthritis.
